Balance Strong is a specialized class designed for individuals looking to improve stability, coordination, and overall strength. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing age-related balance challenges, or simply looking to build confidence in your movements, this program provides targeted exercises to help you stay steady on your feet.
Held in the Balance Center at Smith Physical Therapy, this structured six-week program meets every Wednesday, offering expert guidance in a supportive environment. Through a combination of strength training, core stabilization, and functional movement exercises, participants will develop the skills necessary to move with greater control and reduce the risk of falls.
