Engaging Accountability
Engaging accountability is an excellent way to empower you to achieve both professional and personal goals. During our time together we will learn about the process of accountability, how to discern what we need to make the process most effect for us, as well as how to select an accountability group or partner.

Karen L. Franzen
Karen’s passion for starting LaCunaVinea came out of her 11 years of leading staff and volunteers at Willow Creek Community Church. Prior to her joining the Willow Creek staff, Karen taught at Northern Illinois University and counseled individuals, couples and families at Kairos Family Center in Elgin. Karen’s desire is to ignite passion and inspire greatness is leaders and their teams. The workshop and retreat offerings of LaCunaVinea are designed to do just that! Karen and her husband Bill have 5 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Karen loves to participate in outdoor activities, bike riding, hiking, swimming, and Frisbee golf as well as spend time with her grandchildren.
