The Forever Kids Foundation will host its 4th Annual FORE! Kids Golf Outing on Monday, August 1, 2016 at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge, IL. Proceeds from the event will benefit Miracles for McKai and Make Your Mark.The Forever Kids Foundation is currently accepting registration for sponsors, golfers, and dinner guests.
