Pole Dancing Beginner Workshop
Great for Valentine's Day or a ladies' get together!
In this 90 minute beginner workshop you will learn sensual moves, seductive floorwork, and easy pole moves. The mood is set in soft, relaxing lighting and the room is mirror free so you can relax, awaken your senses, and free your sensual side. Women only, age 18+. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels welcome (must have a normal range of motion and be free of recent injuries and pregnancy).
