Giving back never sounded so good! Chicago blues band BLUE ROAD to play Cary Foundation’s fall fundraiser
The Cary 26 Education Foundation hosts its largest fundraiser of the year…Blues, Brews & BBQ on October 20, 2012. Attendees will revel in live music by renowned Chicago blues band BLUE ROAD and nosh on traditional BBQ fare all while raising funds to support enrichment programs for D26 students. The Cary 26 Education Foundation (CEF) is proud to sponsor community and school-related events like the Cary Shuffle 5K and Battle of the Books. Since 2004, the Foundation has been supporting classroom students and teachers through its grants program including the purchase of technology, guided reading books, word prediction software, math stations, poetry, and more.
