Cary Park Districk Fishing Derby

Description

Enjoy a morning of fishing and fun during the Happy Trails Fishing Derby. Start the day at the shelter to learn about fishing etiquette and new anglers will receive a quick fishing lesson. Then it's off to the pond to see what you can catch (and release). Participants must be willing to touch worms or come with a partner who will. Fishing poles, tackle and bait will be provided or you can bring your own. Anyone over 16 must have a current Illinois Fishing License. Raffle prizes, goody bags and information on fishing will be included. Pre-registration is recommended.  Bar Code: 22473
