Empowering women to make their health a priority, the eighth annual Centegra Health Strong Woman Event is for women of all ages. Mark your calendar for this educational and entertaining event with information on improving your physical and mental health and lowering your risks of certain diseases. Learn how to live a longer, healthier and happier life. The event will include:

- Free bone health, blood pressure, BMI, diabetes screenings and much more

- Interactive demonstrations and booths
- The first 300 to register will receive a free gift when they arrive
