As awareness of dementia continues to grow, join Main Stay Farm and Susan Frick, MSW, LSW, of the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center (Chicago, IL) for an informative community conversation about how we can better understand and support people living with dementia.
Whether dementia has touched your family, your work or your community, this educational opportunity offers a chance to learn, ask questions and build greater awareness.
Susan is a social worker at the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center and serves as one of the state leads for both the Dementia Friendly and Dementia Friends initiatives in Illinois. Together, these initiatives work to increase understanding of dementia and help create more supportive communities for people living with dementia and those who care for them.
You can register online in advance or register at the door on the day of the event.
