Description
Running is a great way to stay fit and healthy, but it’s not the only thing you need to do to be a successful runner. These one-hour workshops will cover all the other essential elements of running to help you run faster, run longer, and run without pain. This includes:
- Running Technique: Learn how to run more efficiently and decrease your risk of an injury through video analysis and drill prescription
- Strength Training: Build strength and power to improve your running performance.
- Mobility and Recovery: Improve your flexibility and range of motion to reduce the risk of injuries and improve recovery time.
- Nutrition, Hydration, and Equipment: Learn what to eat and drink to fuel your runs and recover properly.
- Sleep and Mental Health Performance: Discover the importance of sleep and mental health for optimal running performance.
These workshops are perfect for runners of all levels who want to take their running to the next level. You will learn from expert speakers who will share their knowledge and experience on all aspects of running.
Other Information:
- These workshops will be held over 6 weeks, with each class focusing on a different topic.
- Each class will include a presentation from an expert speaker, followed by a Q&A session.
- Participants will also have the opportunity to network with other runners and learn from each other.
