Description
Smith Physical Therapy+ presents Pool Strong - a fun, low-impact aquatic fitness class designed to keep you active, strong, and confident. Each week, you'll focus on strength and balance exercises in the water to help you move better, feel better, and stay engaged in the activities you love, both in and out of the pool!
The summer session will run on Tuesdays from 3-4pm starting on Tuesday, June 24th through July 29th.
Class dates: June 24th, July 1st, July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd, and July 29th.
$120 for the six-week session.
