The New Year is almost here and it is a time for reflection and dreaming. What do you want to experience in the next year? Who do you want to be in 2020? As Mary Oliver said, “What would you love to do with this one wild and precious life?”
Do you love your body? Do you have radiant health and vitality? Do you feel nurtured and supported in your relationships? Would you like more friends, fun and adventure? Do you have the money time freedom you would love? Maybe you are ready to change careers and bring more passion and creativity to your work but you don’t know what that would look like. Don't leave it to chance.
Vision boards are powerful tools for solidifying your dreams and turning them into reality. The process is perfect for identifying your goals and understanding what exactly you want from life.
Creating a vision board is like planting a seed. The more you can see and think about what you want the more your brain becomes aware of opportunities for you to achieve it. You literally can rewire your brain for success. And it really works! Oprah, Katy Perry and Jim Carey and many other highly successful people have used this technique for generations. It consists of a poster of cut-out pictures, drawings and phrases of the things that you want to become, experience or create in your life.
All you need to do is show up with a picture of yourself and your favorite magazines we will provide the rest. Expect to play, explore and experiment.
