Service Specialist

Ensure a high level of service professionalism across the full spectrum of AMS customers. Collaborate with AMS employees from all departments to achieve business objectives. Job Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive phone calls with the intent of promoting or selling company products and services, as well as directing the calls appropriately
  • Respond to customer inquiries, update Total Recall as needed, forward pertinent information to appropriate departments
  • Greet customers/guests and ensure they follow NAID procedures to sign in and issue visitor badges
  • Provide customer support to walk-in customers, while following NAID-AAA procedures
  • Assist in maintaining and ordering required supplies: marketing/promotional, warehouse, cleaning, and office supplies
  • Assist in overflow work and special projects from other departments, including Accounting, Business Development, Dispatch, Marketing, and Sales
  • Miscellaneous administrative assistance such as customer mailings, travel arrangements, filing, and organizing meetings
  • Assists with coordinating hotel, airfare and registration for conferences and events
  • Maintains company affiliations, memberships and ensures all company profiles are current
  • Assist Marketing Manager with administrative updates to company websites
  • Assist with entering conference leads into CRM system
  • Responsible for new customer file creation: Enter into CRM system, update pricing, scan all pertinent documents, initiate work order
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Financial Operations Manager/Analyst
