CRYSTAL LAKE — 24/7 Embroidery and Screen Printing has moved to a new location at 438 W. Virginia St., Crystal Lake, just down the street from its previous location. The move gives the longtime Crystal Lake business greater visibility, additional space and an improved retail shopping experience for its customers. The Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on July 23 to celebrate the new location.

Owner Theresa Masini founded 24/7 Embroidery in 1989, building the woman-owned business around quality products, dependable service and a commitment to understanding each customer's needs. Over the years, the company has continued to grow, expanding its services and customer base throughout the area.

Theresa was later joined in the business by her fiancé, George Scott, whose background in customer service and sales has played an important role in the company's continued growth. Together, Masini and Scott have built relationships with businesses, organizations, schools, teams and individuals looking for customized apparel and personalized service.

"This new location gives us the opportunity to continue taking care of the customers who have supported us for so many years while also introducing 24/7 Embroidery to people who may not know everything we can do," said Masini. "We're excited to have a larger, more visible space where customers can come in, look at options, talk through their ideas and see how we can help bring them to life."
