FOI Flavors of India, New Indian Carryout Restaurant in Cary Opens

[Cary, IL, April 9, 2025] – The Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting on April 9 to celebrate the opening of FOI Flavors of India, a new Indian carryout restaurant located at 524 Northwest Hwy. in Cary.

FOI Flavors of India is owned by Vishal and Sangita Patel, who recently moved to Crystal Lake. After finding limited options for authentic Indian cuisine in the area, Patel decided to take matters into his own hands.

"When I moved to Crystal Lake, I was looking for real, authentic Indian food," said Patel. "So my wife and I decided we would be the answer. We wanted to bring the flavors of home to the community and share our love for the flavors of India."

FOI Flavors of India offers a wide array of traditional Indian dishes, including yogurt-based Lassi smoothies, curries, flavorful soups, vegetarian entrees, tandoori grill, freshly baked naan, Indian desserts, and more. The restaurant is carryout and delivery focused, with customers encouraged to order online for quick, fresh, and hot meals made to order.
