Ribbon Cutting to Celebrate the New Ownership of The Washery Laundromat

 
(Fox River Grove, IL, December 21, 2022) On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the new owners of The Washery Laundromat, 312 Lincoln Ave. in Fox River Grove.
 
Andrea Paladino, along with her mother-in-law, Melissa Paladino, are the new owners of The Washery Laundromat. Andrea and her husband, Robert, were born and raised in the Chicago suburbs with family covering all areas from Orland Park through to Rockford.  They currently reside a few miles outside of the Austin City Limits in Round Rock, Texas, but family and an escape from the summer heat of Texas brings them back to the Chicago suburbs regularly. They have been seeking a business in the Chicago suburbs where they could work together with their family.  When they learned of the listing for The Washery, they were quick to start the conversation with their family to see if this could be the opportunity.
 
“There is a huge appeal in finding something that would allow all of us, beyond even Melissa and I, to work towards the same goal and a share a common experience outside of the home,” says Andrea, “Fox River Grove is a fantastic area that has the hometown feel Robert & I still remember from our childhood.  Engaging with this community and getting to know the pulse of the town has only sweetened the deal. We are truly appreciative of the welcome we have received since joining this community.”
 
The Washery Laundromat is a state-of-the-art full-service laundromat.  They offer self-service on five different capacity high performance commercial washer-extractors and drying tumblers.  Their services include wash-dry-fold drop off service, which allows customers to drop off laundry anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with 24-hour turnaround or less for pick up.  Their signature service is their free pick up and delivery, which can be scheduled using their app, available for iOS and Android, or on their website, www.washerywashclub.com.  They also offer boat cover cleaning services and equestrian laundry services and repair.
