The Community Foundation for McHenry County Announces 2022 Scholarship Recipients

The Community Foundation for McHenry County announces its 2022 scholarship recipients. Due to the generosity of our donors, 20 scholarships totaling $40,000 will be awarded to local students.
The Community Foundation for McHenry County offers scholarships to students seeking to advance their education. Each Scholarship Fund was created by members of the McHenry County community and designated for a certain cause, school, or region. The scholarships will support the educational goals of 19 local students from 11 area high schools.
“The accomplishments of these students are truly impressive and I look forward to seeing them fulfill their academic dreams,” said Deborah Thielen, Executive Director, The Community Foundation for McHenry County. “I’d also like to thank our volunteer scholarship reviewers who took on the difficult task of reviewing and selecting this years’ recipients.”
