The McHenry County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) will be hosting ''Careers in the County'' on April 25, 2007. ''Careers in the County'' is a one day event for high school sophomores to highlight the employment opportunities and career paths available in McHenry County. They are currently looking for company participation, volunteers, and creative individuals to help plan and develop activities. Many industries will be showcased, including building trades, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and others with opportunites for hands-on interaction by the students.
