The 4th Annual JAZZ FOR PADS multi-chamber mixer hosted by Pioneer Center for Human Services is scheduled for Tuesday April 21 at Lakeside Legacy Arts Park (Dole Mansion), 401 Country Club Road in Crystal Lake from 5 to 7 p.m. McHenry County PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter) has been providing services to the homeless people of McHenry County for over 21 years. This mixer is open to all Crystal Lake, Woodstock, Algonquin/Lake in the Hills, Cary Grove, Marengo-Union, Richmond-Spring Grove and Wonder Lake Chamber members. Other guests and friends of PADS are welcome. Come out and enjoy good food, music, beverages, and plenty of opportunities to network while learning and helping out the homeless people of McHenry County. What can you bring to the mixer? They are asking for a donation of camping gear, such as back packs, pots, sleeping bags, coolers, sunscreen, etc. and non-perishable food or cash contributions are always welcome.
