Runner's Clinic

Cary Physical Therapy, in partnership with Cary Park District is offering a Runner's Clinic on Saturday, October 3 from 10 to 12 noon.  This is geared to those who run on a regular basis or who want to start running.  Learn tips on footwear, exercises to prevent injuries and improve running stride.
